Back pain
is one of the most common complaints amongst men and women.
It’s time for you to experience life without back pain.
Back pain is an extremely
common complaint and will affect 80% of the population at
one point in their lives. The acute, and rare, episode of
back pain can not always be avoided. Some people will always
push their physical limits and when doing so may encounter
some major or minor back problem. This, you could say, is
normal. What isn't normal, or what may be more of a concern,
are the millions of people who live day to day with chronic
back pain.
In many of these chronic back pain
cases there is no clinical diagnosis. Some people have pain
in their back for ‘seemingly no reason at all.’
But of course if you’re the one living with this pain
you know there must be a reason… and yes there is.
The root cause for back pain can be
anything from a disk herniation to a food intolerance. Many
mechanical problems like a disc herniation or spinal stenosis
can be discovered with the use of an x-ray or MRI. Other issues
such as food intolerances, spinal alignment, posture, and
abdominal/trunk conditioning are in many cases brushed over
too quickly if considered at all. This is where I
come in.
Through a series of tests and lifestyle
questioning, I can assist you in finding the likely cause
of your back pain. In some situations there is more than one
reason for the pain. After we find the cause we begin the
process of eliminating it. Usually the treatment focuses on
some lifestyle modifications such as strengthening the trunk
and hip region, correcting postural distortions, and adopting
some modest changes to diet. Everyone is different thus your
lifestyle coaching will differ from others.
If this sounds good to you, and you’re
